You may be asked to log in first as this is a members-only feature.

Accept the terms and conditions if this is your first time here. If you don’t see this, you’ve likely already done this.

Find a class you want to attend and select the “RSVP” button.

After selecting “RSVP”…

• A green “RSVP Submitted” confirmation banner briefly appears at the top of your screen
• A green “RSVP Confirmed” label appears on the respective class card.
• The class card button changes to “Cancel RSVP”. You can remove your RSVP for the class by clicking this button and following the subsequent prompts.

Install the Zoom app before the class for the best experience:

Create an account with Zoom if you don’t already have one. This is a separate account from your SilverSneakers account.

Join the class up to 15 minutes before it starts from either:

• Go to the SilverSneakers LIVE web page, find the class you RSVP’d to, and select “Join Now”.
• Opening the link in your Zoom class confirmation/reminder email.

When you try to join a class/workshop, a Zoom website will show an alert.

Select the “Open Zoom Meetings” button on the dialog shown by your browser and it’ll open the Zoom app.

If you don’t see a dialog, select the ‘Launch Meeting’ button to start the Zoom broadcast.

Log in to Zoom using your Zoom login credentials and follow any prompts from Zoom to access the class recording.
