Active rest between high intensity work allows the heart rate to drop, giving the participant the opportunity to recover before the next high intensity interval. These types of workouts can include a mix of cardio exercises with resistance training.

This easy-to-follow class is a FUN workout for anyone, any age, and with any ability. Using Latin styles of music and dance, Zumba Gold class members are able to perform traditional Zumba dance moves done at a lower intensity.
